Still waiting for a passport!!

Its been almost 2 months since Karuna's passport was applied for and we are still waiting for the police clearance. Without it his passport cannot be issued. UGH. Yesterday we did get some good news. Our adoption agency filed a grievance against the passport office for not issuing the passports for us and 2 other families that are also waiting. They have given them until February 27th to respond to the grievance which will hopefully mean a passport for all of us. We are going on 3 long years since we did our first home study in preparation to adopt Karuna. Thanks to everyone for your love and support and keep praying for an end to this passport issue.
