THE LICENSE HAS BEEN SIGNED!!!

We just received an email from JOH tell us that the domestic adoption license has been signed by the Secretary's office in Chennai. Our orphanage should have the license sometime next week and then they will get a copy to CARA so that our NOC's can be issued. This is the best news we have had in months. I just hope and pray that guardianship will be MUCH quicker!!
