We received our letter from CIS that our I-800A was approved. We will be getting Karuna's referral papers in the mail tomorrow and after we sign all of them, have them notarized and some need to go to Madison for apostille we will be sending it on to JOH who will look over everything...then off to India and wait for his NOC.
We also have to fill out a few more CIS forms to get provisional approval..meaning Karuna is able to be adopted. Then we wait for our Article 5 that says Maurice and I are suitable parents.
The good news it that things are now moving in the right direction. I just wish we knew when he was going to be home. All we can hope for is that it's SOON!!!
