We are finally back from a week in PA visiting my sister. It was the first long road trip we took with Jessica. She did much better than I thought she would. We visited Hershey(chocolate world!!), Philadephia, and 2 days in DC. Next time I want to be able to spend more time in DC. I know Karuna will like to see things like that when he gets here.
When we got back Karuna's dossier paperwork that I sent to Madison for apostille had arrived back. So Sunday I got everything ready and headed to Kinko's for a copying frenzy!! All together I think I had well over 300 pages. I then took it home and my mom and I separated all the copies into separate dossiers. I sent them yesterday and they got to JOH today. SO right now we are waiting on provisional and article 5 approval and then his dossier can go to India. I'm hoping to hear something about the approval this month. I've heard it's taking about 3-4 months for NOC's to be issued so the BIG wait is yet to come. My little voice is telling me....be patient!!
Oh boy -- that's a long wait for NOC!!! I sure hope you're pleasantly surprised with a shorter approval time. I'm glad your apostille process was so quick -- our state goverment rocks!
